Torabaigh is only the second modern-day distillery on a Hebridean island with a long whisky history, and is certainly immersing itself into the regions long history and lore. It has released single malts under its own name, and is now the home of Caisteal Chamuis Blended Malt Scotch Whisky.

46% ABV, 750 ml, Heavily Peated, made by Torabaigh

Double Barrelled – First-Fill Bourbon Finish
First aged in refill and first-fill American oak Hogsheads
Two stage re-aging with part of the blend in Virgin American Oak.
Have Char 250 litre barrels, with Fresh Oloroso Sherry European Oak Heads, and the rest into refill Hogsheads
Final ageing finish in smaller 200 litre fresh Bourbon Barrels
