Silky and approachable, Casamigos Aejo offers a polished blend of caramel, vanilla, and oak spice in perfect balance. Its smooth enough to sip yet expressive enough for classic cocktails.

Origins & Craftsmanship

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highland clay soils of Jalisco, Casamigos employs traditional slow-roasting in brick ovens and extra-slow fermentation for exceptional depth. Its then aged for 14 months in American white oak barrels to develop its rich color and character.

Tasting Profile

Aroma: Soft caramel and vanilla lead with warmth and subtle sweetness.
Flavor: A harmonious blend of agave sweetness layered with gentle spice and barrel oak. The palate reveals toasted oak, butterscotch, and a hint of toffeebalanced and inviting.
Finish: Smooth and lingering, carrying spice and oak through the close.

Cocktail & Serving Uses

Perfect neat or on the rocks to highlight its silky texture. It also shines in cocktails like a Casa Aejo Old Fashioned, where its caramel and oak notes elevate the drinks warmth and depth.
