Harvested at about 2,200m elevation on Rancho La Mesa, a sandy, calcium-rich plateau northwest of Los Alambiques. The estate has meticulously grown over 100,000 mature agave plants averaging 33kg and 29% sugar levels.
Part of Tequila Ochos single-estate program, this 2025 Plata bottling allows fans to explore complexity from a specific terroir rather than a blended multi-estate cuve.
