Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, DeLen Aejo begins with 100% blue Weber agave, hand-selected at full maturity. The pias are slowly roasted in traditional brick ovens and distilled twice in small batches to preserve pure flavor. Its then aged in a combination of American oak and fine French caskstechniques that impart richness, complexity, and a refined mouthfeel. Founded in 2008 and now owned by Diageo in partnership with Sean Diddy Combs, DeLen continues to blend traditional tequila craftsmanship with modern luxury presentation, embodied by its sculptural square bottle capped in metal.
