Produced from organic Bartlett pears, whole fruit, using about 30 pounds of fruit per 750 ml bottle.
Distilled in copper pot stills to preserve aromatic fruit character.
Unaged / no barrel influence; it’s an eau-de-vie style (i.e. fruit brandy), with no added sugar or flavoringjust the pears.
