Sourced from ~1ha of 40yearold Pinot Noir planted on thin, limestonerich claysilt soils. Handharvested clusters undergo wholecluster vinification with cold prefermentation maceration in wood, followed by gentle pigeages and pumpovers. Aged 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
