Batch Proof is a limited-edition expression of Woodford Reserves proprietary process, which involves mixing barrels into a batch and then bottling the whiskey at its actual proof, straight from the barrel. The formula for Batch Proof is nearly identical to that of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
