House yeast is clean and allows either malt and hops to shine. This strain is extremely adaptable and flocculent enough to drop out of the beer quickly. House produces clean, crisp finish at cold temperatures with increased esters if fermentation occurs at the top of its temperature range.

*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
