Starting with the 2016 vintage, the single-vineyard village-level wine Savigny-les-Beaune Les Bourgeots was no longer be produced, instead being blended into this Savigny village wine.

• Variety:Pinot Noir
• Vine Age:Planted from 1965 to 1978
• Terroir:Medium-deep white clay and limestone soils on the right bank of the Rhoin
• Viticulture:Sustainable. No herbicides or pesticides.
• Vinification:100% whole cluster. 4-5 day cool maceration at 15C. Ambient yeast fermentation with pump-overs and foot punch-downs. Aged in barrels (0-20% new). Racked once.
