Forward with primary fruit of framboise, the 2021 Pinot Noir Le Pre Du Col Vineyard pours a jeweled ruby hue and is expressive on opening with notes of candied roses, cedar, and forest floor. Full-bodied, it fills the palate with silky fruit, sweet tannins, and a stony finish. Its great now, as are many of these wines from this vintage, and will continue to improve over the coming 8-10 years.
