Selected from two premium parcels (total ~0.50ha) between Corgoloin and Comblanchien, this cuve reflects Didiers intent to bottle his top CtedeNuitsVillages fruit separately.The vinesnow around 40 years oldare grown on clay-limestone soils and farmed organically.
After hand harvesting, the grapes are not destemmed and undergo gentle extraction using manual punch-downs and occasional pump-overs. Fermentation is wild (indigenous yeasts), followed by levage for 1416 months in barrel with roughly 10% new oak.
