Pineau d’Aunis (a red grape similar to Pinot Noir that is used to make red, white, ros and sparkling wines) from the village of Anjou in the Loire Valley of France.Hand harvested, destemmed, slow, gentle pressing, natural yeast fermentation. Aged 6 months in concrete tanks. A delightful light red produced naturally that isn’t flawed or funky.
