Sourced from the Les Champs des Pommiers parcel, this Pinot Noir is cultivated on clay-limestone soils in the Cte de Beaune. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified using 100% whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by gentle foot treading. Aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months, the wine is then assembled in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
