Sourced from three distinct plotsa roughly 80-year-old site in the HautesCtes de Beaune, plus parcels in Maranges and Pulignyand made exclusively from Pinot Noir. Organically farmed, the grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with 2025% whole clusters using native yeasts, and gently extracted to preserve structure and vibrancy. After ~12months in French oak barrels (about 25% new), the wine is racked into tank for another 68 months on lees before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
