This 7.2-hectare monopole spans the entire slope above Premeaux-PrisseyLadoix limestone at the foot, Premeaux limestone mid-slope, and white oolite limestone at the topand is planted entirely to Pinot Noir. Certified organic and practicing biodynamic farming underpin a precise, low-intervention cellar approach. The 2023 harvest ran from September 612; fruit was 100% destemmed after a ~5-day cold soak and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel for 17 days with daily Pumpovers. Raised for 16 months in 228-L French oak (40% new), followed by six weeks in tank; bottling took place March of 25. The wine is dense and structured yet still quiete detailed, carrying wild red and black fruits, white speice and a mile long finish.
