Only the third vintage of this impressive Savigny bottling. A detailed, site-specific Pinot Noir from a historic 0.6 ha plot planted in 1976, nestled in the limestone-sand matrix of Aux Gravains, between Serpentires and Lavires. Organically farmed with a restrained, classical sensibility. Native fermentations, cool stainless levage, and a slow 22-month maturation in French oak (2030% new) yield a wine of tensile clarity: red cherry, crushed violets, and mineral length threaded through silken tannins. A quietly expressive, tech-transparent take on 1er Cru Savigny from one of Meursaults most exacting hands.
