From two parcels, the first is located in around the Germain’s house in Meursault called “Au Jardin” and the second is called “Au Moulin Judas”, which is near the border of Volnay.

Vinification:Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any btonnage, no racking, cold and very slow fermentations (late-occurring Malo)

Maturation:18 months (20-25% new oak), followed by another four month in tank prior to bottling without fining or filtration.

Wine arrives late June, 2025.
