A standout Pinot Noir from organically farmed sites in the Cte Chalonnaise, with yields under 10hl/ha. Fermented whole-cluster with native yeast, pressed by gravity, and aged in used 228L pices. No fining, filtration, or pumpingjust pure, high-tone fruit and mineral detail. The only pure pinot we recieved in the last Glandien drop.
