Maison Skyaasen is a micro-ngociant founded in 2017 by Joachim and Olivia, who vinify biodiverse, terroir-driven Burgundies with minimal intervention, farmed organically and fermented on native yeasts with minimal sulfur. This 100% Pinot Noir Bourgogne rouge is sourced from light clay-limestone soilsmainly from Volnayand is vinified gently without sulfur, aging in old barrels only.
