Sourced from three parcelsCroix Blanche, Poisots, and Noizonwhich sit on both deeper clay soils and shallower, limestonerich, higheraltitude sites. The wine is crafted with wholecluster vinification, wild fermentation, and aging in old barrels with minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration, in order to preserve purity of fruit.
