94 points Wine Spectator

A serious, expertly crafted wine, with style and substance. Offers grilled peach, smoke and flint up front, with earth, honeyed acacia and brioche in the background. Reveals pepper and spices, with salted almond and citrus peel acidity bringing freshness to the dense palate. The long finish echoes with mineral energy and flint. Drink now through 2027. 470 cases made, 30 cases imported.

91 points Vinous Media

Made from up to 80-year-old Marsanne vines, the 2021 Saint-Pray Fleur de Crussol escaped the severe frosts due its higher vineyard elevation. Struck match aromas pair with lemon flesh, white peach, ripe pear and spring blossom. Concentrated and balanced, the 2021 concludes with a deliciously saline aftertaste on the bright finale. – Nicolas Greinacher October 2023
