“Lean, dry and spicy, this seven-year-old small-batch Bourbon may be reminiscent of of rye whiskey. It has a mild maple scent and complex layers of vanilla, cigar wrapper, tea and orange peel, with a spicy finish. The alcohol feels moderate, even mellow, for over 100 proof.” Wine Enthusiast 93 Points
“Burnt brown sugar, toasted marcona almonds, and hints of crme frache surface on the alluring nose here. The palate is firm but not overwhelming, with a potpourri of dried stone fruits, spices and a hint of molasses. The above-average finish shows a bit of heat and lots of spice. [Bakers] Bourbon is tasty served neat, but works even better on the rocks.World Beverage Competition, 2016 Platinum, Best of Show” Small Batch Bourbon 10 Yrs & Younger
