33 % Grner Veltliner 33% Roter Veltliner 34% Riesling

This PetNat is a blend of Grner Veltliner, Roter Veltliner, and Riesling grapes from the Spielberg vineyard in Austria. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with natural yeasts. The wine is bottled before fermentation is complete, which results in a sparkling wine with a slight fizz.

The wine has a bright yellow color and aromas of freshly squeezed grape juice, fig, and physalis. The flavors are fruity and spicy, with a hint of gooseberry. The wine is dry and has a refreshing acidity.
