• Crafted by Hidden Barn, an independent brand under Neeley Family Distillery, using 100% USDA-certified organic grains from Michigans Journeyman Distillery. Infused and blended by renowned Master Blender Jackie Zykan (formerly of Old Forester), this small-batch bourbon features justnine barrels, carefully selected for consistency and quality.

• Bottled at non-chill-filtered cask strength of ~53.1% ABV (106.2 proof). No additives.

Nose (Aroma)

• Delivers buttery caramel, tart green apple, and sweet orange peel, layered over freshly baked dinner rolls and honeycomb. Light oak spice and mellow grain influence provide structural depth.

Palate & Texture

• Medium-bodied and smooth, the palate offers spiced vanilla, soft honey sweetness, and creamy bakery notes reminiscent of warm bread. White peppercorn adds tension, while hints of nutmeg and hay complete the mid-palate journey.
