Bottled at a robust 53.9% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring, it presents a nose of bacon frazzles, vanilla custard, banana fritter, and butterscotch mousse, complemented by barley water and dried cranberry. The palate reveals notes of burning embers, candle smoke, and gorse bushes, leading to a finish of thick syrup, damp hay, flint, nutmeg, and gingerbread .
