Produced at the historic La Altea distillery in Arandas, Jalisco, El Tesoro remains rooted in ancestral methods. They use traditional hornos (stone ovens) to slow-roast highland blue Weber agave and crush it using a century-old tahona wheel, preserving rich fibers in the mash. The spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at proofnever dilutedusing pristine spring water from deep wells.
