Born from non-GMO AC Hazlet Winter Rye and Minnesota 13 Heirloom Corn, tenderly cultivated by our head distiller, Michael Swanson, Roknar is meticulously crafted in small batches, proofed to perfection upon bottling.

Tasting Notes: Aged for a year in 15-gallon charred oak barrels and kissed with Cognac cask finishing, Roknar boasts scents of brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean, roasted almonds, and fresh oak. These fragrances harmoniously translate to a velvety palate, with additional nuances of smoked ham and balsa wood. The journey culminates with a hint of soft-baked pretzels and a comforting touch of star anise.
