Production & Terroir

• Pomace source: 100% Nebbiolo, sourced immediately after fermentation from the Sperss vineyardan amphitheater of clay-calcareous marl at about 1,210ft a.s.l., with vines averaging 50 years in age.

• Distillation: The pomace is slowly distilled in column stills. Only the heart fraction is collected, while the heads and tails are discarded to ensure purity.

• Aging: Matured for approximately 30 months in oak barrels, giving it a subtle golden hue.

• ABV: Bottled at 45%.
