Distillery & Legacy: Crafted at Sazeracs rebranded Hawks Rock Distillery (formerly Lough Gill) in County Sligo, a site steeped in literary and cultural heritage.
Style & Maturation: Double-distilled, initially matured for at least 14 years in ex-bourbon American oak, then finished in a creative blend of French Muscat, Sauternes, Pedro Ximnez (PX) sherry, and Barbadian rum casks.
Bottling: Non-chill-filtered, non-colored, bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof), preserving natural character and depth.
Release: Limited inaugural release rolling out from June 2025 across the U.S., U.K., Ireland, and selected Duty-Free (700 ml).
