• Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and filled at Cascade Hollowcelebrating Dickels first internally distilled rye

Aromas

Lavender, rosewater, blackberries, caramel, and fig overlaid with citrus brightness (lemon/orange) lead into an elegant honey-vanilla sweetness

Palate

Silky and oily, driven by rich caramel, cream, floral sage, mint, and baking spices (cinnamon, vanilla), with herbal undercurrents pulling the sweetness into balance

Finish

Long and warming: rye-spice crescendo, chai and nutmeg echoes, followed by lingering oak, cherry, cocoa, and honeyed cedar notes
