• Appearance & Aroma: Pale to medium gold. The nose opens with dried and canned pear, peach, crme brle, butterscotch, golden raisin, hints of caramel custard, and soft oak spice. A subtle background of black pepper layered with vanilla and allspice adds intrigue.
  

• Palate: Sweet and silkyvanilla, caramel corn, candied pear, and butterscotch transition into mid-palate notes of burnt caramel, peppery spice, and oak. A brighter side emerges with lemon zest, candied citrus peel, floral yellow plum, and lingering black-and-white pepper.
