Feature Detail Producer Maison Giffard (Giffard-Bigallet), Angers, Loire Valley, France. Coffee Source Fair-trade, single-origin Arabica coffee from mountainous regions of Honduras (Lenca region), including varieties like Catuai, Caturra, Typica, Bourbon. Roasting / Processing Beans roasted in France by Caf Bonnac (artisan roaster), then cold-brewed / cold macerated in neutral (sugar beet) spirit to preserve aromatic complexity. Sweetening & Base Sweetened with sugar beet sugar; base spirit is neutral alcohol distilled from sugar beets. ABV / Strength 25% ABV.
