Dieter is a clean, crisp, traditional German Ksch strain. A very low ester profile makes this strain perfect for Ksch, Alt and other light colored delicate beers. Dieter has better flocculation characteristics than most Ksch strains which allows brewers to produce clean, bright beers in a shorter amount of time.

*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
