Crafted by Nonino Distillatori in Friuli, Italy, this grappa launched the modern single-varietal (Monovitigno) approach in 1973, a turning point in grappas evolution.
Made exclusively from pomace of the Picolit grape, a rare and highly treasured variety known as the queen of grappas. Distillation is artisanal, using copper steam stills.
