100% Grillo. This wine comes from the contrada of Santa Margherita. The vines are planted on the hillsides of the Iblei Mountains, and benefit from cool wind, with diverse plantlife surrounding them. The Grillo sees a 2 day maceration on the skins, fermented spontaneously in concrete tank, and aged for one year in neutral Slavonian oak.
