Crafted in Guatemala by Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala (distributed by Diageo), Zacapa 23 uses the first-press virgin sugar cane honey instead of molasses, then aged using the solera system, blending rums aged 623 years
Uniquely matured at high altitude (~2,300m above sea level), where the cooler climate slows evaporation, concentrating flavors
