The single malt whisky, created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks.

These have been carefully selected to deliver the classic American oak flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak, naturally derived from the cask during maturation, with a medium, sweet finish that delicately lingers.

The name Vibrant Oak and the gold colour evoke a sense of energy and liveliness.

From the Cirque du Soleil SPIRIT Experience, two key characters will each bring to life the oak story.

The beautiful illustration features a human figure Ayla – intricately intertwined within the branches of an American oak tree. This design emphasises the importance of the connection between the natural world and human experience. It conveys the life and wonder that bloom when humans are In Harmony with nature.

The design also incorporates peacock feathers which symbolises The Macallan’s natural colour and our peacock character, brought to life throughthe story of Spirit. The human representation links to Cirque du Soleil human performance and potential.
