Made with 100% Carricante, the Tornatore 2023 Etna Bianco opens to primary tones of Golden Delicious apple, preserved lemon and sweet almond. From a hot vintage, the aromas are delivered with impactful and slightly sticky intensity. Winemaking is in stainless steel and cement only, and the fruit comes from a big block of vineyards at 550 to 650 meters above sea level.
