Usquaebach (Oos: Ke: Bah), the water of life. It is the ancient name of the fiery water that has captivated the world since the 12th century. Today we know this amber nectar as whisky. Derived from the ancient Gaelic phrase, uisge beatha, Usquaebach means Whisky.

Appearance: Deep Amber Gold
Nose: Very refined. Opens to a sweet touch of malted barley with hints of fruit and caramel
Body: Balanced, light to medium
Wood: European Oak Sherry
Palate: Smooth. Balanced. Notes of cara-mel, apricot, raisin, macerated fruit and pineapple. nutmeg spice.
Finish:Long, round and well balanced. sweet sherry notes in harmony with spices makes for a very well balanced finish.
