We handpick the grapes in our 12-hectare limited production vineyard. The fermentation takes place at a maximum temperature of 19C. It ages on its own lees, gaining a powerful amount of aromas. The first white from Albillo de la Ribera del Duero.Very light straw color, due to resistance to oxidative processes. Fruity aromas with a background of pineapple and grapefruit, typical of the Albillo variety. Balanced on the palate with a slight acidity.
